Media Release

At Geaux Rental Company (GRC), we love showcasing the memorable events we help create. This Media Release explains how photographs, videos, and other media captured during rentals may be used.

Purpose

From time to time, GRC may photograph or record rental equipment, event setups, and Photo Booth experiences for promotional and marketing purposes.

This may include:

• Photo Booth images
• Event setup photos
• Rental equipment displays
• Behind-the-scenes content
• Videos captured during events
• Customer testimonials (with permission)

Grant of Permission

By signing a rental agreement or otherwise providing written consent, you authorize Geaux Rental Company to use approved photographs and video recordings for business purposes, including:

• Website content
• Social media
• Online advertising
• Printed marketing materials
• Promotional videos
• Brochures and flyers
• Portfolio and gallery displays

No compensation will be provided for the use of approved media.

Customer Privacy

GRC respects the privacy of every customer.

We will not knowingly publish:

• Personal addresses
• Telephone numbers
• Email addresses
• Payment information
• Government-issued identification
• Sensitive personal information

Photo Booth Images

Photo Booth galleries remain the property of the customer and/or event host, subject to any licensing provided by law.

GRC will never sell customer photographs to third parties.

Selected Photo Booth images may only be used for marketing with the customer's permission.

Minors

If individuals under the age of 18 are prominently featured in photographs or videos intended for marketing, permission should be obtained from a parent or legal guardian before publication whenever practical.

Declining Permission

Customers who do not wish to have their event, rental equipment, or Photo Booth images used for marketing may simply notify GRC before or during the event.

We will gladly honor your request.

Choosing not to participate will not affect your reservation, pricing, or quality of service.

Revoking Permission

Customers who previously granted permission may request that future use of their identifiable images be discontinued by contacting GRC.

While GRC cannot guarantee removal of materials already printed or previously published, reasonable efforts will be made to discontinue future use where practical.

Ownership

All photographs, videos, graphics, and promotional materials created by Geaux Rental Company remain the property of GRC unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
