Welcome to Geaux Rental Company (GRC). By requesting a quote, placing a reservation, renting equipment, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, our Rental Policy, and any applicable rental agreement provided by Geaux Rental Company.

• Event Rental Equipment
• Moving Tote Rentals
• Delivery and Pickup Services

2. Rental Reservations

Submitting a quote request does not guarantee availability or reserve equipment.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after:

• Availability has been verified by GRC
• Required documents have been completed
• Required payments or deposits have been received
• A confirmation has been provided by GRC

GRC reserves the right to update pricing, availability, or rental terms before a reservation is confirmed.

3. Customer Information

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting services, including:

• Name and contact information
• Event details
• Delivery and pickup information
• Any additional details necessary to complete the rental

Customers are responsible for notifying GRC of any changes to event details, location, or contact information.

4. Payments

Customers agree to pay all applicable rental fees, deposits, delivery charges, taxes, and additional charges outlined in their quote or rental agreement.

Failure to complete payment requirements may result in cancellation of the reservation.

All payments are subject to the payment terms provided by GRC at the time of booking.

5. Equipment Use & Responsibility

The customer accepts full responsibility for rented equipment during the rental period.

Customers agree to:

• Use equipment only for its intended purpose
• Follow all safety instructions
• Prevent damage, misuse, theft, or loss
• Keep equipment secure and protected

Customers may be responsible for repair, replacement, or cleaning costs resulting from damage, misuse, or loss.

6. Photo Booth Terms

For Photo Booth rentals, customers agree to provide a safe and appropriate environment for operation.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing adequate space and access for setup
• Ensuring guests use equipment properly
• Preventing intentional damage or misuse

GRC reserves the right to pause or discontinue service if unsafe conditions occur.

Photo booth images may be delivered digitally unless otherwise specified. Customers may request restrictions on image sharing or marketing use by contacting GRC.

7. Event Rental Terms

Customers renting event equipment are responsible for ensuring:

• Proper setup conditions
• Safe use of equipment
• Adequate supervision during use

Customers must not move, modify, repair, or alter rental equipment without approval from GRC.

8. Moving Tote Rental Terms

For moving tote rentals, customers agree to:

• Return all totes, dollies, and accessories in the same condition received
• Remove all personal belongings before pickup
• Return items free of excessive dirt, debris, or damage

Missing, damaged, or unreturned equipment may result in additional charges.

9. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery and pickup schedules are determined by GRC based on availability and route planning.

Customers must ensure:

• Someone is available during scheduled delivery and pickup windows
• Equipment can be safely accessed
• Pickup areas are clear of obstacles

Additional fees may apply for missed deliveries, failed pickups, or additional trips required due to customer circumstances.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service and reservation type.

Customers agree to review applicable cancellation terms provided during booking.

Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations, weather conditions, event changes, or circumstances outside of GRC's control.

11. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

GRC is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by circumstances outside of reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Venue restrictions
• Power outages
• Transportation issues
• Equipment failure despite proper maintenance

GRC will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative solutions when possible.

12. Liability Waiver

Customers assume responsibility for the safe use of all rented equipment.

Geaux Rental Company is not responsible for injuries, damages, losses, or accidents resulting from:

• Improper use
• Negligence
• Failure to follow instructions
• Unsafe conditions created by the customer or event attendees

13. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, website content, photographs, designs, and materials belonging to Geaux Rental Company are the property of GRC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

14. Privacy

Customer information is collected and used only for purposes related to providing rental services, communication, payments, and improving customer experience.
